Extensive condominium remodel in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle. Originally built in the 1990’s the interior was dark and closed in.

Interior design and decorating goals were to open up the rooms to the expansive views of Lake Union, Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The materials selected created volume and light in the space while incorporating some of the existing furniture and accessories provided by the owners. Interior designing responsibilities included project management, space planning, lighting design, finish selection, furniture and art selection.
